All sales are final. Business Infusions has a no refund policy on Certification training purchases. Please review the provided course descriptions before making any purchases. If a technical error should somehow prohibit you from completing your training within the allotted time period, we will offer a training extension at no additional cost. Otherwise, training extensions are subject to a $49.95 administration fee.
