Our business model incorporates ongoing proactive support as a fundamental component in our client relationships. Total support is available initially with all HVMS installations. After that, HVMS support services are available in a number of options, depending on the HVMS pricing package your practice purchases. Support options include unlimited support, as well as hourly billing for practices that expect to utilize less support services. Support is included in many of the HVMS pricing packages. Specific support requests can be logged anytime through our 24/7 online Help Desk system. Once a support ticket request has been filed, the Business Infusions staff is immediately notified and the issues are looked into.
